Chowgule Koster India Construction Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. (CKICCPL) formed in 2004 is part of the 1100 crore and 90 year old Chowgule Group of companies from Goa, India. CKICCPL is a joint venture between Chowgule Industries Limited, India and Koster Bauchemie AG of Germany and is concerned with the production of a wide and diverse range of second generation waterproofing products.

The production facility has been set up in Salsette, Goa, India and caters to both powder and liquid production of high quality waterproofing products which have been well received by the Indian Markets.

The products at this plant currently are the Koster NB grey powder, the Koster NB Elastic powder & liquid, Koster Dachflex, Koster Crisin and the Koster SB Bonding emulsion which offer total waterproofing solutions to basements (both negative and positive), water retaining bodies, terraces, chajjas, bathrooms, planters etc.

There are other new age products that are currently being imported that offer solutions to active leaking basements and watertanks, flexible surface crack bridging systems, leaking expansion joints of water retaining structures, leaking cable cutouts in basement walls, and leaking structural crack in concrete substrates.

All product sale and applications are well supported by an in – house marketing and contracting division and state-wise applicators who are fully trained and are fully conversant in the usage and application of the entire range of products. Currently the area of operations cover in Mumbai, Pune, Goa and Bangalore where our own contracting teams execute works. The applicator network currently covers Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Andhra Pradesh. Expansion to further markets in the North and the South are expected before the end of this financial year.
