Koster-DachFlex
is an elastic pasty solvent-free
synthetic waterproofing
material with excellent
adhesion to dry and slightly
damp substrates. The coating
cures very fast forming
a highly flexible, watertight
and water vapour permeable
coating. The system is highly
elastic (300%), UV resistant
and withstands ageing.
It is possible to colour
Koster-DachFlex
to match a pre-painted surface. |

FIELD OF APPLICATION
Koster-DachFlex
is used as preventive
protection. It repairs
surface plaster cracks
of building exteriors.
Koster-DachFlex is very effective
in sealing the surface
plaster cracks of new
and existing structures.
As it is possible to colour
Koster-DachFlex it can be
applied to treat surface
plaster cracks of newly
painted buildings. Koster-DachFlex
can be applied in crack-prone
areas and around wall
junctions.
PREPARING THE
SURFACE
The surface should be
slightly damp, solid,
clean and free of loose
particles, moss, algae,
etc.
Slightly to non-absorbent
surfaces require priming
with Ck-DachFlex diluted
in water in the proportion
of 1:4
APPLICATION:
Apply Koster-DachFlex in 4
simple steps in just 45
minutes.
1. Apply primer coat
2. Apply first coat
3. Fix the Mesh
4. Apply second coat
Mix Koster-DachFlex thoroughly
before applying it with
a brush in two coats.
Embed Koster-DachFlex Mesh
between the two coats.
The fresh coating is water-soluble
and needs protection from
rain until fully cured.
It is possible to colour
Koster-DachFlex with weather
and UV resistant pigment
pastes that show no negative
reactions on contact with
acrylates.
